This week's track comes from accordionist Tom Senier's band, recorded for the Michael Herman Folk Dance Series in 1950. Michael and his wife Mary were two of the foremost folk dance teachers in America, and were the editors of the Folk Dancer Magazine (www.socalfolkdance.org/master_teache…herman_mm.htm). Tom Senier and band stretch out on the Bush in Bloom for over 4 minutes on this recording.
