Irish Music in Milwaukee

Since the 1800s, Irish music has had a home in Milwaukee. From intimate sessions in private homes to the success of Milwaukee Irish Fest, musicians have played traditional tunes and sung popular ballads through the years. The Ward Irish Music Archives is building a collection on History Pin to map the development of Irish music in Milwaukee.
