Accordion player Edward Herborn and banjoist James Wheeler recorded this disc in December of 1916. The duo were the first Irish dance musicians Ellen O'Byrne offered to Columbia to record, which eventually proved the demand for Irish traditional music in America.

Recorded on the Columbia label (A2182). From the Ted McGraw Collection, McGraw 78 03-179.
