The Flanagan Brothers: Reviewing St Patrick's Day Parade

Happy St. Patrick's Day (week)! March 18 marks the third anniversary of the Work From Home Playlist, so this week we're celebrating with this fun 78rpm disc from The Flanagan Brothers. This one intersperses a medley of popular Irish-American tunes (mostly marches) of the time as the brothers review the St. Patrick's Day participants. The end features a fade out, which is not something you hear in the 78rpm era.

Recorded in 1926 and released on the Victor label (79127). From the Ted McGraw Collection, McGraw 78 00-958.
